About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and driving efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend system enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions for secure access control.
• Maintain data integrity through imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for actionable insights.
• Provide user training and support to maximize adoption and proficiency.
• Document configurations, customizations, and processes for consistency and future maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementations and integrations.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
