[job_card.job_description]Serves customers by answering their questions and resolving their problems. Serves the business by helping track down the root cause of customer problems and engaging with higher management of various departments for a solution. Conducts specialized investigations into various problem areas or opportunities by connecting directly with the relevant demographic. Performs outbound calling to support customer engagement, follow-ups, and proactive communication. Works closely with the Director of Sales and Customer Service to communicate the reality of the customer experience at Unicity. Learns the processes and daily actions of customer service reps and Unicity Distributors, and asks "How could this be done better?" Detailed in information gathering and note taking from interactions with the field. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Participates in local training and development events. Bilingual in Spanish
