ENT opening in Ohio- Located in Findlay, OH - 45 minutes to Toledo, OH- Full-time; Permanent- Employed- Welcome residents, new grads and experienced physicians- Care team model for full practice support- Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, etc.)- Onsite, comprehensive audiology team with 3 audiologists and 2 audiology technicians- Advanced practice providers take practice and hospital primary call, physicians only take backup call- 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ER admissions and medical management of common ENT conditions- Very wide referral base with little surrounding competition - be as busy as you want to be and perform the cases you want to do!- Average of 25-30 patients / day in clinic with emphasis on full-service, comprehensive ENT care- Schedule is typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR per week, but physicians have significant input into their practice patterns, schedules and patient volumes- Integrated EMR with Cerner throughout the health system- 4 daVinci robots with well-developed robotic surgery program- Annual salary with wRVU productivity bonus, current physicians meet bonus every quarter- Total compensation above 75th percentile MGMA benchmarks- As a non-profit organization, we are an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program About Findlay - Downtown Findlay is a blend of beautiful, historical structures bustling with retail shops, restaurants, activities and businesses- The Findlay area offers year-round recreation and cultural activities, unique cuisine and a wide range of attractions- The Marathon Center for the Performing Arts (MCPA) provides a hub for the performing and visual arts- Findlay is home to the University of Findlay, Owens Community College and ,Winebrenner Theological Seminary.
