Job Description Summary
As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in fostering a compassionate environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and effective communication. Your contributions will be valued as part of the mission to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute physician orders and administer medications, IVs, and treatments while adhering to policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions accurately.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and responses to provided care.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
- Administer prescribed medications and guidance on over-the-counter options.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective Plans of Care for all patients.
- Guide and mentor ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.Current Registered Nurse license.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.Exceptional communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and problem-solving techniques.Salary Range : $33.00 / hr - $63.98 / hr
