Description :

The Electrical Engineer III will contribute to complex substation electrical designs and calculations. You will help lead the delivery of substation systems for our high voltage substation projects as you coordinate with other disciplines.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Design to client and regulatory requirements.
• The design and delivery of green and brown field high voltage electrical substation project
• Develop and maintain project documentation regarding protection and control design and construction.
• Support the development of plans & sections, details, control building layouts, P&C one line diagram, station service AC / DC distribution diagram, bill of material, cable schedule, etc.
• Help achieve quality, on schedule and budgets.
• Help identify scope changes.
• Vendor drawing review and disposition.
• Maintaining project files.
• Comply with project quality plans and standards
• Data and document entry into various platforms.
• Reporting safety, health and quality issues to management.
• Help prepare contract amendments
• Assist management as directed.
• Maintain self utilization as indicated by management
• Client interface
• Participate in project walkdowns
• Manage self-quality
• Mentor team members
