Truck Driver Entry Level

Hiring 22 newly licensed Class A Driver without experience. This is a Class A entry level position.

In order to qualify you must have recently graduated from at least 120 hour training Academy within the last 2 years.
You must be able to sent us your certificate of completion from the Academy.

After all your hard work to get your class a license you can't find a carrier willing to hire you because you don't have any OTR experience yet. We will. We have the resources and trainers available to get your career off to a great start.

We offer excellent trainers that will help you build your confidence behind the wheel and turn you into a excellent safe class A driver.

OTR is actually known as spending the night in the truck in 3 separate states besides your own. You can still build your OTR resume while driving regionally or even on some of our dedicated runs.

This week we are hiring for 22 job openings for Class A drivers with no experience. We are offering great pay, great benefits and many home time options.

We also offer many different division opportunities, such as dry van, reefer and flatbed.

We can also offer you CDL Academy tuition reimbursement available for those who paid upfront to go to school. For a $1,000.

• Once we receive your application, we will reach out to you and conduct a short phone interview to pre-qualify you. When we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the job details with you and move you forward with the application process.
• We then will help you fill out the first part of our application. Afterwards we will email you a link to complete the second part on your own.
• Then your application will be reviewed by a Class A processor. You will then be contacted regarding your approval.
• When you are approved, you will be scheduled for driver orientation. We will schedule you for orientation. Orientation last normally 1 1/2 days
• Upon completion of orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a driver trainer for 4 weeks. You earn $650 per week during this time.
• When you return from your training, you will take 2-5 days at home to wind down. Then you meet with a fleet manager to choose a run. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,200 - $1,600+ per week (depending on the opening you choose) Home times will vary depending on the run. (OTR, regional or dedicated)

• You will drive newer well-maintained Freightliners (mostly autos)
• Free college tuition for you or any one person in your immediate family. We offer this benefit to you and your family to help build your education if you so desire. No other carrier is doing that at this time.

To be hired you must be ..

• At least 21 years or older
• Able to pass an extensive background check
• Must have recently graduated from at least 120 hour training Academy within the last 2 years.
• Able to pass all dot related tests including hair or urine
• Have an excellent dmv report with no pending tickets
• A Class A Licensed driver with a DOT physical
