Position Summary : The Patient Access Representative I - Scheduling must obtain all information related to the appointment to include patient demographics, related benefit information and method of referral in a call center environment. They must schedule patients based on need and physician protocol. Bilingual English / Spanish communication is strongly preferred to effectively support our patient community.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must be a high school graduate.
• 1 or more years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Registration, scheduling, healthcare benefits experience helpful.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Able to multi-task and handle high call volumes.
• Must have working knowledge of Windows based computer environment and typing skills.
