California Regional Sales Representative

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join their team in Northern California / Sacramento.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory

Support new sales initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders for product processing

Identify new customer sales opportunities and manage existing client relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Ability to learn the insurance / financial services industry

Demonstrated leadership presence with strong relationship-building skills
