Position Summary :

StrataBuilt is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data across company systems. You will play a key role in ensuring that our records are accurate and up to date, supporting internal teams with timely and well-maintained data.

Key Responsibilities :

Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with accuracy and speed.

Review source documents for completeness and clarity before entry.

Update and maintain existing data records.

Perform routine checks and verifications to ensure data integrity.

Organize and file digital records as required.

Work collaboratively with other departments to obtain and clarify data as needed.

Handle confidential and sensitive information securely.

Assist in basic data reporting and record-keeping tasks.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus.

Prior experience in a data entry or clerical role preferred.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
