Compensation: $2.13/Hour + Tips

We’re passionate about creating a space where guests feel at home whether they’re stopping in for a quick beer or a crafted cocktail. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and reliable Bartender to join our team and help us keep the good times flowing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Handle cash and operate POS system efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service during busy hours
• Monitor guest intoxication levels and follow protocol when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of bartending experience preferred.
• Must be active on social media pages or pages dedicated to work (promote daily).
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine.
• Knowledge of current and classic cocktail recipes.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and has a regular clientele
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ and have (or be able to obtain) any required local/state certifications (e.g., TABC Certification, Food Handlers and/or Food Manager Certification)
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Self motivated and follows direction
• In uniform and maintain a clean professional appearance
• Punctual and reliable
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Must attend monthly team meetings
