Key Responsibilities
Support Advisors & Investors by addressing questions related to deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with transactions and documentation for financial advisors
Review forms for completeness and compliance, ensuring proper setup and tax allocation reporting
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Availability for shifts from 8 : 00am to 8 : 00pm EST after training
Must have reliable home internet with specified upload and download speeds
Located within 25 miles of Fort Mill, SC
Commitment to a minimum of 4 months of training
