Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-Level stakeholders on global workforce planning and recruitment strategies
Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed team of recruiters
Own global recruiting metrics and leverage data analytics for actionable insights on recruitment effectiveness
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in a high-growth SaaS company with knowledge of its business models and talent needs
Hands-on experience in technical recruiting, particularly in software development and related fields
Proven success in partnering with C-level executives to align talent strategy with business goals
Expert knowledge of international recruitment practices and compliance across major regions
