Work AI Research Lead

A company is looking for a Work AI Research Lead (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large-scale telemetry data to understand AI usage patterns across roles and organizations

Design and analyze surveys to capture attitudes and behaviors related to AI adoption

Translate complex data into insights and develop research outputs to support strategic conversations

Required Qualifications

Strong experience analyzing large, aggregated datasets

Proven ability to design and interpret survey research

Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative findings into executive-level insights

Background in organizational psychology, behavioral science, or a related field

Familiarity with AI systems and experience with analysis tools like SQL, Python, or R
