Your Responsibilities : Role & Impact

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you’ll provide skilled, evidence-based care in the comfort of patients’ homes—improving their mobility, function, and independence across Santa Barbara County.

This role is perfect for someone who :

  • $100 / visit  – Paid per completed session
  • Independent Contractor Status  – As a 1099 provider, you manage your own taxes, insurance, and benefits. We provide scheduling support and EMR access.

  • Physical Therapist License  (or in process)
  • Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
