[job_card.job_description]Greets and assists customers with product recommendations and pet care advice. Maintains clean, safe, and well-stocked sales floor areas. Monitors and replenishes merchandise displays. Provides accurate information about promotions, loyalty programs, and store policies. Works closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assists with customer returns, exchanges, and problem resolution. Supports the register area when needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive and welcoming approach toward people and pets. Eager to learn about products and pet care. Team player with accountability to both customers and coworkers. Ability to handle multiple customer needs simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail or customer service experience a plus. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at times. Bending, reaching, and climbing ladders as needed. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
