Generous paid time off, including 3 weeks PTO, holidays, and parental leave. Full-time center-based therapy, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends and no contractual obligations. Utilize your expertise to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age. Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans. Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment. Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions. Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs. Enjoy a supportive team environment that embodies Lighthouse's Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment. Must currently have a valid RBT credential Lifting / Carrying more than 50 lbs. Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area. Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time. Bending at the waist to touch knees and / or toes. Full range of motion of hands and arms. Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time. Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support. Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Important Note : Safety is a priority at Lighthouse. You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.
