Float Pool Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Looking for a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth within one organization? As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Every shift presents new experiences and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe therapeutic care according to established standards, policies, and procedures. You will use evidence-based practice and skilled communication to create a safe patient environment and enhance the patient experience.
Your responsibilities include assessing the needs of patients, planning and implementing individualized interventions, and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans while including patients and families in the process. You will anticipate and recognize significant changes in patient conditions, mobilize resources, and collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated, patient-centered care.
To apply, you must have a Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice, and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. You should have graduated from an accredited nursing program, typically requiring at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Skills Required : Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate, delegate, and build a cohesive team environment. Strong computer skills in electronic medical records systems.
