A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee customer service functions and manage Sales Office personnel.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and train Sales Office personnel to ensure excellent customer service
Oversee order management processes and ensure timely fulfillment
Support forecasting and reporting efforts in collaboration with the General Manager
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales operations
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
Proven supervisory or leadership experience
Strong experience in B2B order management and logistics coordination
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and preferably SAP
