Due to continued practice growth, we're hiring a dedicated NP or PA to join our collaborative team. New graduates with a strong interest in cardiology are encouraged to apply!

Position Highlights :

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Weekend Rotation : One weekend per month

Setting : Office-based role working as part of a physician-APP team

Location : West Valley, Phoenix - a fast-growing and dynamic community

General Duties Include :

Conducting patient assessments and follow-up visits

Reviewing diagnostic test results and assisting with treatment plans

Managing chronic cardiovascular conditions

Coordinating care and educating patients on heart health
