A GLIMPSE AT A DAY AS A DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

You typically work from 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday , with some nights and weekends required.

As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, your mission is to ensure our customers' needs are met with efficiency and care. You are the friendly voice on the phone who answers questions, addresses concerns, and schedules appointments. Collaborating closely with our field service team, you ensure that our skilled technicians reach our customers on time, resolving their HVAC issues with expertise.

You also have the opportunity to sell new service agreements and renew existing ones, providing customers with valuable solutions to meet their HVAC needs. Motivated to drive business, you identify new sales leads and come up with ideas for generating revenue. You feel great about ensuring that our customers receive the utmost care and attention!
