A company is looking for a Director, AI Automation Engineer to lead their AI Co-Pilot initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing team of AI Automation Engineers, fostering technical direction and culture
Own the technical strategy and guide the transition from external consultants to an internal team
Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems and ensure best practices in development
Required Qualifications
Deep experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI
Proven experience architecting AI Agent Frameworks using tools like LangGraph or LangChain
Expertise in LLM concepts and RAG system design
Strong background in Python and DevOps practices
7+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role
