Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.

Prepare and manage property budgets, including expense forecasting and financial reporting.

Monitor lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms and regulations.

Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvements as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute property management strategies.

Ensure a high level of customer service to maintain tenant satisfaction and retention.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Property Manager should have :

• Experience in property management within the property and construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle daily operations efficiently.
• Knowledge of lease agreements and compliance requirements.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
