Job Description
Responsible for the vision of specific areas of the eCommerce experience. Driving the business process of planning, developing, testing, and delivering new features and enhancements for Medline’s eCommerce properties. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, and design solutions to improve the customer experience and partner with I / S to develop solutions to drive business results. Focus on improving the overall customer experience, prioritizing feature enhancements to make our websites faster and easier for customers to use.
Responsibilities
Own the vision and execution of a comprehensive portion of the eCommerce experience. Identify revenue growth opportunities and ways to enhance our customer experiences online.
Partner with stakeholders to define and measure success with products / features.
Lead key D2C or B2B website projects prioritized as part of the overall eCommerce roadmap.
Make data-driven decisions, leveraging web analytics and customer feedback to optimize website results.
Build, refine, and maintain a roadmap of value-driving products / features. Own the prioritization within your roadmap and story backlog.
Prioritize and oversee the design, implementation and delivery of new products / features, as well as delivery new functionality to existing features.
Create compelling business cases for products / features to ensure business value, benefits, and KPIs are well defined.
Analyze and communicate product / feature performance and customer feedback post-launch, and respond quickly to diagnose and resolve issues.
Test and evaluate the effectiveness of products / features; refine as a part of continuous improvement process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather business requirements. This includes collaborating with IS to develop and deploy new capabilities.
Communicate, present, and influence effectively to multiple levels of the organization.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 2 years of eCommerce experience managing technical projects or programs.
Experience leveraging data and analytics to evaluate current performance and identify gaps in eCommerce product offerings.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience applying understanding of web technology fundamentals.
Experience with Agile development methodologies, developing business use cases and / or strategic planning.
Experience maintaining product ownership and providing support for features and enhancements, post-go-live.
Experience implementing best practices related to eCommerce projects. - Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT).

The anticipated salary range for this position :
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
