A company is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to optimize HR processes and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and implement enhancements
Ensure data integrity within HR systems and manage HRIS projects
Collect and analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support compliance audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
5+ years of Workday administration / configuration experience
Strong experience in Workday Report Writer and analytics
Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred
