After achieving quick adoption via word‑of‑mouth, we are now seeking to expand our visibility while clearly communicating the value our solution delivers and reinforcing our role as a trusted partner to the biopharma industry.

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to generate qualified sales opportunities and amplify the Inductive Bio brand. This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, building from the ground up, and iterating quickly based on data and feedback. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships.

What you’ll do :

• Identify, curate, and prioritize companies that align with Inductive Bio’s ideal customer profile to ensure consistent generation of qualified sales opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and the cofounders to maximize the impact of Inductive Bio’s expert network to facilitate high‑quality engagement with biopharma leaders
• Design and execute outbound campaigns, while continuously testing and refining messaging and targeting strategies
• Lead conference and event strategy to elevate brand visibility and engagement, while managing social media content that reinforces credibility and drives awareness among target audiences
• Track performance metrics across outreach, campaigns, and events to evaluate ROI, inform decision‑making, and continuously improve pipeline generation
