Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus commission
- Potential to earn between $60,000 to $160,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet sales goals
- Understand and effectively communicate Acura product knowledge to potential clients
- Greet and assist clients with test drives, vehicle selection, and financing options
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Continuously update knowledge of Acura products, services, and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide exceptional customer service experience

Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in using computer systems and technology
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
