Description :
The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and support parts handling and inventory control. Responsibilities include standard vehicle services such as tire mounting, tire rotation and balancing, oil changes, lubrication, and other preventative maintenance. The technician will assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and replacing mechanical and electrical / electronic components at the assembly, sub-assembly, or individual part level. Additional responsibilities include maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe workshop, documenting repairs and activities, and adhering to all automotive manuals, guidelines, and standard procedures. This role also supports parts organization, supply handling, inventory control, and assessing workshop needs for parts ordering.

Experience & Education
2–5 years of relevant automotive technician or mechanic experienceHigh school diploma requiredAutomotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification preferredACE certifications preferredAny formal automotive training is preferredTechnical Skills
Basic hand tool experienceHands-on experience performing tire mounting and balancing, oil changes, and routine maintenanceUnderstanding of electronic, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systemsKnowledge and hands-on experience in routine automotive diagnostics and repairsPrevious experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles preferredFamiliarity with MB diagnostic tools including Monaco and XentryExperience with CAN, FlexRay, and LIN communication systemsAbility to quickly learn new automotive concepts and technologiesHigh voltage electrical training / background (preferred)Other Requirements
