We’re partnering with a school district in Weld County, Colorado to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025–2026 school year . This district-wide, in-person position supports students across multiple school sites from Pre-K through transition age .

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavioral intervention plans and support students’ social, emotional, and academic development. The RBT will collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes and foster an inclusive learning environment. This role is ideal for an RBT passionate about working in schools and helping students achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based practices.

Position Details

• Position : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Location : In-person, district-wide – Weld County, CO
• Start Date : As soon as possible
• End Date : End of May (end of 2025–2026 school year)
• Schedule : Full-time (1.0 FTE), Monday–Friday
• Grade Levels : Pre-K through transition-age students
• Supervision : Requires BCBA oversight (district BCBA or supervision provided)
• School Year : 2025–2026
