Job Title : Electrical Apprentice

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Apprentice to assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience while developing skills in the electrical trade.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
  • Pull wire, bend conduit, and install electrical components under supervision
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and electrical codes
  • Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues with guidance from licensed electricians
  • Attend training sessions, classes, or apprenticeship programs as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
  • Valid driver's license may be required

  • Residential, commercial, or industrial job sites
  • May require standing, climbing, bending, and working in varying weather conditions
