Location: In Person / Ontario, California
• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Full-time/Hourly

Position
Ashtel Studios is seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, partners, and visitors, making professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude essential. They will report to the E-Commerce Manager.
Job Responsibilities


  • Greet visitors and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and third-party marketplaces promptly + professionally to ensure a positive resolution experience
  • Process + track customer product replacements, maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate + package sample requests for Sales, Production, and Design teams, logging a detailed inventory of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Assist with data entry and other sales-related correspondence and tasks as needed
  • Run small errands and assist with occasional ad-hoc requests
  • Order + track office and kitchen equipment to maintain inventory supplies
  • Keep the front desk, reception area, and conference room clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and production teams to resolve order discrepancies
  • Support Sales, E-Commerce, and QA teams with customer insights, reports, and follow-up communications
Qualifications


  • Bilingual skills are required
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a similar front-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, “how can I help?” mindset
  • Time management skills
