Lead Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to analyze claims data and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of claims repair and estimate data to identify trends and insights

Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve claims processes

Required Qualifications

A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least seven years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of five years of experience

Highly proficient in SAS, SQL, and Power BI / Tableau

Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology

Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications

Advanced skills in spreadsheet functionalities, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
