A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to strengthen organizational health and support leadership effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary partner to Directors for employee relations matters, providing guidance and leading investigations
Coach Directors on performance management practices and support the evolution of performance frameworks
Monitor team health and engagement, analyze feedback, and advocate for team members' concerns
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
Strong experience in employee relations and performance management
Working knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels
Strong judgment in navigating complex situations with discretion
