Role Requirements for an Entry Level Account Manager

• Manage customer accounts by assisting with AT&T cell phone activations, device upgrades, and plan modifications while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Build workflow coordination skills by shadowing senior account managers, contributing to scheduling, task delegation, and monitoring productivity metrics.
• Strengthen team performance
