About Us
We are a New American restaurant opening in early February, executing refined, seasonal dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. We are building a professional team and seeking dedicated line cooks who take pride in craft, consistency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Execute assigned station with preparation, organization, and precision.
Maintain high standards of food quality, seasoning, and presentation.
Follow recipes and specs accurately during prep and service.
Work clean, organized, and efficiently during high-volume service.
Assist with prep production, labeling, storage, and rotation (FIFO).
Communicate clearly with Sous Chef & BOH team to ensure smooth service.
Uphold kitchen safety, sanitation, and DOH standards at all times.
Support mock services, friends & family events, and soft opening training.
Requirements
1–2+ years experience in a professional kitchen (high-volume preferred).
Strong station skills : sauté, grill, fry, garde-manger, or hot line.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain consistency.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to team success.
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Flexibility for nights, weekends, and opening-team needs.
