What You'll Be Doing :

This isn't just a step up - it's a leadership role with room to grow. Here's what your day could look like :

Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point

Training and supporting team members with instructional guidance

Jumping in wherever needed : front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep

Managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction

Opening and / or closing the store using clear checklists and routines

Monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift

Making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit the Carl's Jr. standard

You'll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the team energized and on track.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You :

Are 18 or older

Can lead by example and support others

Love a clean, organized, and efficient workday

Have basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)

Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift

Have a Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
