We are seeking a candidate with a general labor and warehouse background to join our team as a Full Time Customer Support Representative! We are looking to add 4-5 new associates to our customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to help customers by delivering product and service information, facilitating the order process, and providing excellent account support.

Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and / or equipment issues
• Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele
