We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Opa Locka, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to oversee property operations and ensure smooth maintenance scheduling and coordination. The role requires a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who can handle on-call weekend emergencies and alternate duties with the maintenance staff.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure property upkeep.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, repairs, and facility improvements.
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols and operational standards across the property.
- Maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or facility-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities and team performance.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing leasing activities and ensure property management tasks are completed efficiently.
