Business Developer – Commercial Landscape Maintenance
Location : Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Local Candidates Required)

Role Overview
We are seeking a hunter-style Business Developer with proven experience selling commercial landscape maintenance services. This role is responsible for generating net-new recurring revenue , owning the full sales cycle through close, and partnering closely with operations to ensure scopes are accurate, competitive, and profitable.
This is not a relationship-only or meeting-setting role. Success requires discipline, urgency, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to independently move deals forward.
