Born in Columbus Ohio, Condado Tacos is a fast-paced, full-service, build-your-own-taco concept focusing on tacos, tequila & margaritas. Since 2014, we’ve grown exponentially to 30+ locations across the Midwest and we are not stopping our growth anytime soon! What You’ll Do :

Hosts are the people who set the expectation for all Guests who walk into the door. We count on you to bring the personality and set the tone for an unbelievable experience for every guest. You must be the friendliest and most considerate person in the building, kill them with kindness.  Sure, you also control the flow of the restaurant and work a wait list, so your teamwork needs to be on point!

Responsibilities :

  • You are the first point of contact when a guest walks in. Provide great customer service and and experience to our guests
  • We all help each other by all of us bussing and cleaning
  • Learning about our food and drinks
  • Using our tablet for the waitlist ( no writing!)
  • Answer phone
  • Carryout is a huge part of our business, you will be the handoff

    • Qualifications :

  • No previous restaurant experience required!
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

    • Physical Requirements :

  • While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.
  • Team members will frequently be performing hand and wrist work including grasping, bending and twisting.
  • Team members will commonly reach above the shoulder, kneel or squat.
  • Team members will rarely push and pull
  • Team members will occasionally lift or carry up to 20 pounds.
