Execute residential sales campaigns on behalf of Frontier Communications in an effort to drive sales, increase new customer acquisition, and promote their services and technology

Engage directly with homeowners to present and recommend Frontier’s telecommunications services that meet real needs

Build trust through open, honest conversations that focus on solutions—not just sales

Execute effective sales and territory management strategies to generate a referral pipeline and increase customer acquisition

Identify customer pain points and match them with tailored service options, focusing on Frontier’s quality products vs. pricing

Keep detailed records of sales activities, conversations, and outcomes to stay organized and informed

Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets and personal growth goals as determined by Senior Management and Client objectives

Represent the company and Frontier Communications with professionalism, heart, and integrity in every interaction
