Provide performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end/liliPartner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting./liliOversee daily operations of the audit engagement. From staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and the conclusion/liliResearch and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactions/liliAssist clients with GAAP compliance and the adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates. Address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise while communicating proactively and promptly/liliServe as an instructor in the firm, department training programs, and meetings/liliTake part in and provide leadership in community, networking, and business development activities/li/ulh2Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/h2pQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in accounting or finance required/liliCPA license required/lili5 years of experience, preferably in public accounting/liliExperience with revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, convertable debt and capitalized software is preferred/liliExperience with SAFE (Simple Agreements for Future Equity) preferred./liliAbility to travel up to 10% to client sites/liliExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills/li/ulpWipfli is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. The estimated base pay range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
