Our Dallas-based Saas client is seeking a Lead Python Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team in Addison, TX. This full-time, hybrid role supports their enterprise-scale analytics platform, built with Python / Django and React. You’ll work on modern microservices architecture hosted in Azure and help design the next generation of forward-looking analytics tools.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an engineer eager to drive team performance and influence architectural direction. You’ll collaborate with a talented cross-functional group of developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and Product Owners. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring peers, and engaging directly with customers to translate needs into scalable solutions, our client offers an exciting path toward engineering leadership, professional development, and exceptional benefits.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 + years of software engineering experience with Python / Django
  • Expertise building and maintaining microservices architecture
  • Solid experience with REST APIs and React-based front ends
  • Strong understanding of authentication / authorization (Keycloak or similar)
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive technical discussions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading small engineering teams or mentoring developers
  • Background working on analytics or forecasting platforms
  • Prior exposure to DevOps principles and CI / CD pipelines
  • Comfortable engaging with enterprise or government clients

    • The Offer

  • Base Salary : $130,000 – $170,000
  • Bonus eligible
