Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Tax Document Specialist to join their team. As a Tax Document Specialist, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, contributing to accurate record-keeping and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Location : Lisle, IL

Pay Rate : $25 per hour

Shift : Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

What's the Job?

• Assist with uploading tax exemption certificates into the Vertex tax system accurately and efficiently
• Organize and maintain digital records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
• Perform scanning and document management tasks to support administrative workflows
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal processes and standards
• Support related administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations
