What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware / software.
- Troubleshoot a wide range of issues including networking, video conferencing, and infrastructure.
- Manage and resolve IT incidents across multiple levels.
- Install and configure personal computer systems and related components.
- Maintain and optimize Active Directory, Group Policies, and network printing.
- Work with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployment, monitoring, and administration.
- Identify and evaluate new hardware / software solutions with a focus on efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum of 3+ years supporting IT operations.
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Operational knowledge of Active Directory and Organizational Units.
- Understanding of networking principles.
- Skilled in desktop / laptop / mobility hardware maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with SCCM and Windows environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with HP devices, label printers, and desktop repairs.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL Foundation.
- Experience in multi-site environments.
