Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Data Entry Specialist to support a leading jewelry company during their busy season. In this role, you’ll handle customer warranty claims, assess gemstones, and work within Excel daily. We’re looking for someone analytical, accurate, and eager to learn — ideally with a basic understanding of jewelry or gemstones.

Position Highlights

• Pay: $21.50-$22.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | Start between 8:00am – 5:00 pm (flexible to adjust hours between 6:30-5)
• Location: Centennial, CO
• Contract Length: 6 months (possibility of extension)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Accurately enter incoming warranty or service claims into the company’s tracking system.
• Review claim details and assign them to the appropriate category based on established guidelines.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, manipulate, and analyze claim data, including applying filters, formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
• Ensure all data entered is complete, consistent, and error-free.
• Work closely with team members and management to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Flexibly support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed during peak periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have experience assessing clarity and cut of gemstones
• 1+ years of data entry or administrative experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers and repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of jewelry or a willingness to learn
