Job Description : Production Machine Operator / Inspector (2nd Shift)

Pay Rate : $15.00, increasing to $16.50 / hr after 90 days

Shift : 2nd Shift

Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Machine Operator / Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the production process, inspect product quality, and ensure smooth transitions between production cycles. This position offers growth opportunities, a structured schedule, and regular downtime intervals between tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate production machines to process products efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect the quality of the finished product to ensure it meets company standards.
• Remove finished products from the machine and load new rolls to begin the next production cycle.
• Monitor and document production activities, addressing any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Utilize downtime (8 to 15 minutes between production cycles) effectively to prepare for the next operation or perform other assigned tasks.
