AFO is looking for a DPAS Technician (Hybrid Remote) to work in MacDill AFB, FL. This hybrid position requires that you live within commuting distance from the position location. Responsibilities include developing logistics strategies and recommending changes to processes to keep programs ahead of schedule. You will assess, manage, and work to reduce risk factors. You will enhance workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. You will create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. You will conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. You will maintain appropriate records and prepare reports. You will coordinate logistics activities with internal / external customers. You will perform work under direct supervision. You will handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities : Must have a minimum of an associate's degree (i.e. in Financial Management, Program Management or Logistics field. Minimum 5 years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management and Logistics. Minimum 2 years' experience as a program / project lead supporting implementation and sustainment. Minimum one year experience operating in a Logistics Information System (LIS). Prefer one year SOF experience with knowledge of USSOCOM enterprise, subordinate organizations, and Service roles and responsibilities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance prior to day one of employment- we will process for a Secret clearance.
