A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager responsible for the development and management of a Policy Administration System (PAS).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the technical backlog for the PAS platform, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business needs
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and oversee sprint planning and execution
Maintain documentation of PAS architecture and workflows while coordinating testing and troubleshooting efforts
Required Qualifications
4+ years of technical product management or platform ownership experience
3+ years of experience with insurance systems or enterprise application platforms
Strong understanding of policy administration systems and Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, .NET applications, and SQL Server
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with technical and business teams
