About the Role

The Company is actively seeking a skilled Global Tax Director to join our dynamic team. This important position will oversee the financial management of our international operations, with a strong emphasis on tax planning and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and an extensive understanding of ASC 740 and international tax regulations.

The Global Tax Director will play a crucial role in managing the international tax provision process, developing and executing effective tax planning strategies, and ensuring compliance with all pertinent tax laws. We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a Master's degree in taxation or a CPA certification is highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in international tax, preferably in a manufacturing or similar field.

This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, along with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. The ability to communicate intricate tax matters effectively is essential. Proficiency in tax software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary. We seek an experienced tax professional with a proven track record and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
