Program Associate, Community Engagement
Citizens Committee for New York City (CitizensNYC) is seeking a Program Associate, Community Engagement to support our citywide network of grassroots leaders through workshops, events, outreach, and microgrant program support. This hybrid, community-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating learning spaces, coordinating events, and building relationships with local organizations across NYC.

The Program Associate will help design and facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, conduct ongoing outreach to increase participation in CitizensNYC programs, support the grant review and award process, and manage program data using tools such as Salesforce, FormAssembly, Excel, and Airtable. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and excited to grow their skills in community engagement, facilitation, and data-informed program delivery.

Salary range is $60,–$70, with competitive benefits. Some evenings and weekends required during open grant cycles. Applications accepted through January 23.
